Genuine Knott-Avonride 750 kg capacity suspension units complete with Mono Block bearings & 4×4″ pcd hubs.
Comes complete as a kit including 2 x units, 2 x hubs with mono block bearings and a proper steel hub cap.
Please see image for fixing plate dimensions. Please note that the plate does not come as part of this particular kit, we can supply them separately.
Do not confuse these with cheap units with hollow box section drop arms, poor quality bearings and castings, these are genuine Knott Avonride parts.
Ideal to replace worn units as fitted to Indespension trailers and many other makes too.
We have always been able to offer a 100mm pcd hub with mono block bearings, but now we can offer the same item but with 4 pcd hubs, made to our design.
The reasons we have gone for mono block bearings are:
They are sealed for life bearings so require no maintenance unlike taper roller bearings that require regular cleaning and re-greasing.
They last longer than taper roller bearings due to being a much more solid design and build.
They run a lot better than taper roller bearings at high speeds, so perfect for motorways.
They run smoother than taper roller bearings, so much better on long journeys.
